In 1905, Richard Hellmann opened a deli in New York City and began selling his delicious homemade mayonnaise. He labeled it with a blue ribbon to represent the very best quality of his product, and it eventually became the iconic symbol of Best Foods™ Mayonnaise.
Our commitment to “Blue Ribbon Quality” and real ingredients is why we’ve now committed to use only cage-free eggs and responsibly sourced soybean oil.
Best Foods™ brings out the best, and our goal is to also do our best for our customers and our planet.
We are proud supporters of the Comedy Festival through our funding to televise the Comedy Gala. It’s just one of a number of programmes we fund to ensure local comedy is represented on our screens. To find out more about what we fund and why check out our website...
Foundation North holds in trust for the Auckland and Northland communities an endowment, or putea, of over a billion dollars. That allows us to grant millions of dollars each year to not-for-profit groups in Auckland and Northland. Grants that help the organisations that protect the places we love and our cultural heritage; support children and young people and high need communities; and create the arts, sports, cultural and recreational events that bring us together – like the Comedy Festival!
SKYCITY is the home of entertainment in Auckland and a proud sponsor of the New Zealand International Comedy Festival. With more than 20 restaurants and bars, two of New Zealand’s leading hotels, a world-class casino and the iconic Sky Tower it’s the perfect stop before or after a show.
We’re the place in Auckland for experiencing the best performing arts that NZ has to offer. Our four performance spaces, and in-house café, restaurant and bar make for a great night out with friends and family . Plus when you fuel yourself at Q you fuel the arts because all the profits we make over the bar and box office go right back into supporting what happens on stage.
There’s nothing quite like Q during the NZ International Comedy Festival. Every nook and cranny of our building buzzes, the drinks flow and there’s plenty of the stuff that matters – laughter.
